nubelink LLC builds the backend a business already runs on, badly, in people's heads.
We started by automating our own family's construction office. Same paperwork, same late invoices, same one person holding the schedule together. Everything we sell was tested on people we have to see at dinner.
Since then we have built systems for facilities operations, distribution, and regulated retail. The industry changes. The work does not: find the rules that live in people, write them down, then build the thing that runs them.
We are deliberately small. You work with the person who builds it, not an account manager who relays your problem to someone you never meet.
One rule we hold to
We never become the thing you cannot fire. You own what we build, the support cost steps down rather than up, and the better the system works the less you should need us. That is the opposite of how most software companies make money, and it is on purpose.
