   A day or two in your operation, with the owner and the person who actually runs the day. We are looking for the rules nobody wrote down.

2. 02

   We write them down

   You get a plain-English description of how your business runs. Most owners have never seen this on paper. It is yours whether or not you hire us.

3. 03

   We build the backend

   Three to six weeks for a first working system covering the two or three workflows that hurt most. Not everything at once.

4. 04

   We train your people and step back

   We stay on call, but the goal is that you need us less each month. A consultancy you cannot get rid of is a vendor problem, not a partner.
